My Favorite Singer

My favorite Singer
Since I was little, I always liked the music, in especial the ¨Trova¨ music that is a typical rhythm that is abundant in many regions. Each region expresses with this music their region sentires.
La Trova is one of the most interesting facets of Cuban music, of which Silvio Rodriguez is the greatest exponent.
I like a lot Silvio Rodriguez, but for me the music of Luis Eduardo Aute is my favorite because it represents for me something very important because since childhood I have always listened this genre and this special singer.
Luis Eduardo Aute (Manila, 1943) belongs to a generation of artists who enrich the second half of the twentieth century and continue to ennobling this century.
I like this singer because is an inheritance from my sister, because she y older and always put my Aute lyrics in her room and I memorized his songs and later I realize that I love his music.
I had the opportunity to see Luis Eduardo Aute in Argentina. It was a beautiful experience.I think it's one of the most important singers of Spain and I believe it is my favorite singer.
One of his songs that shock me most is ¨Yo te quiero con alevosia¨, it is a song that Aute dedicates to his wife because for him, she is the greatest love that he has.

The Galapagos’s Islands

The Galapagos’s Islands
The Galapagos Islands are an archipelago located in the Pacific Ocean to 972 miles off the coast of Ecuador. Politically they are a province of this country, whose capital is Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. The Islands have 13 large volcanic islands, 6 smaller islands and 107 rocks and islets, which are distributed around the earth line of Ecuador.
It is estimated that the formation of the first island took place more than 5 million years, as a result of tectonic activity. The most recent islands, called Isabela and Fernandina, are still in formation, having recorded the most recent volcanic eruption in 2009
The Galapagos Islands are famous for its numerous endemic species and the studies of Charles Darwin that led him to establish his theory of evolution by natural selection. On February 12, 1832 under President Juan José Flores, the Galapagos are attached to Ecuador. Since February 18, 1973 a province of this country
The Galapagos were declared a national park in 1959, protecting 97.5% of the land area of the archipelago.
In 1986, the sea surrounding the islands were declared a marine reserve. Galapagos included in Unesco list of World Heritage in 1978 and in December 2001 expanded this statement to the marine reserve.

The Frankfurt Zoo

Frankfurt ZOO
The Franckfurt Zoo is the most important zoo in the world. The zoo is situated on just 50 hectares.
The zoo is so important because we can see the animals like in their real habitad, because the spaces are so big and the animals have a lot of space to move. This zoo presents a unique approach to wildlife.
Frankfurt zoo today presents some 4500 animals from 560 species and is attended by 800.000 visitors annually. It is one of the most important zoos in the entire world and the most important in Europe.
There´s still glass between ferocious animals and the zoo´s visitors, but the overall effect is as distant from the old standard of animals in cages as possible.
An interesting thing is that Frankfurt zoo is amongst the oldest in the world, this zoo opened the door in 1906 by David Grzimek.
Frankfurt Zoo become a center of cultural life at the end of the century and was copied by most zoos in central Europe.
All dead animals are dissectioned, many give to the Senckenberg institute. (specializes in Terrestrial Zoology)
The aquarium that this zoo has is one of the world´s most modern aquarium because the people can touch the animals.
The Zoo presented pygmy, hippopotamus, giant armadillo, manatee, Chinese alligator, and king of penguins.
Grzimek visited zoos all around the world and brought back many new ideas, which he incorporated in the Frankfurt Zoo.

My Holiday
My Holiday
During the holiday, I stayed in Quito in my house but my parents went to the beach.
On Friday I went to a 4x4 competition in El Valle de los Chillos with my friends, the competition was in the night and I went with my friends and my boyfriend.
On Saturday I had a reunion with some friends of my parents and we drank colada morada with bread. In this house we lisen music and eat.
On Sunday we went to a motorcycle competition in Amaguaña, in this competition I was with my boyfriend and his friends, and late we drank beer because it was a hot sun. At night we went out with my cousins to turn up the valle and we went to eat pizza in the western bar. After that each one went to home.
On Monday, my best friend invited me to dinner at his home because it was his mother's birthday, we ate and played cards.
On Tuesday I did my homework all day because any day before had done nothing of the university
